What Is It?
This product is a water-based facial mist that can be used as a hydrating toner. Perfect for refreshing and nourishing sensitive, dry or oily skin. 
 
How To Apply It?
The facial mist can be used at anytime of day. You can use it when you first wake up, after using an alcohol-based toner, before applying moisturizer, before and after applying makeup, to refresh your makeup, and before going to bed.
